It wasn't until I emailed them myself, that they finally got back to me 6 days after placing my order, that my order had been cancelled. When speaking to their CS team all I was offered as compensation was free delivery and £10 off. So now I'm £155 down for up to 14 days, and I cannot get the pair of Yeezy's now due to poor customer communications. A company that turns over millions cannot get their servers right to ensure they limit their possible amount of orders, and they cannot even send out an email keeping their customers updated.
