Samuel - DON'T! I recently bought a watch in a Plymouth store. It was one with different faces you can attach according to what you are wearing and where you go. An Anne Klein one. I was told that there were six faces supplied. When I got home I found there were only four and some other faces which clearly were not for this watch. I thought I would be considerate as there must have been another watch missing the spare faces. The assistant looked at me as though I was mad! I was then told that if I only had four then there were only four! I pointed out that there was an identical watch in the other samuels. She did say she would phone them but they said they did not have one there! It was plain as a pikestaff in the window. An identical watch! She treated me as though I had been lieing! I take exception to that.I asked who I could contact about the missing facces but was told very coldly that there was no one I could contact. The man in ther did say he would phone the suppliers but I very much doubt he will bother (unless he reads this!). I feel I was misled and now have a watch which is unsuitable for the purpose I wanted it. I particularly wanted a black or blue face to match some outfits, but I have spent money on a watch which does not have this. I, for one, will not shop at H. Samuels again.
