Fortunately we knew exactly what we were after and the service was impeccable.
The absolute only negative is getting to the store through all the normal Oxford traffic, and over expensive parking charges. But then... that's not the stores fault.

It's not often you find such friendly & helpful staff, even in a jewellery store, and when we were asked if we'd like a tea or coffee, we thought, 'oh oh, it's going to be expensive.' But we were very pleasantly surprised with the quality and price. The assistant Kirsty was fantastic, listening to what we wanted, and genuine eye contact.
I can see us going back again 😄

I took in a broken and knotted white gold chain and the assistant, Kay, must have taken over half an hour to un-knot it and reattach the clasp, and he did it for free! They even put it in a box for me so it wouldn't get re-entangled. And said that it the temp fix didn't work, they could get it soldered, for a small charge. We both have bought jewellery from this store and found the service very friendly and the quality of the product very good.

I let a Raymond Weil watch in October for repair- this is the third time it has had to be repaired under guarantee - apparently it needs a service. Very unapologetic staff - basically it's 'out of their hands' - perhaps the whole process needs rethinking. One sales assistant even inferred that I should expect an expensive watch to go wrong and pay lots of money in repairs - then pointed out hers (Raymond Weil) had been fine!!!! I phoned today yet another sales assistant told me she'll put a 'note' on it to be chased on January 3rd. I won't buy Raymond Weil again and I won't buy from Beaverbrooks who refused me a replacement watch when it went wrong the first time within 3 months. It has been repaired now for a total of over 6 months

It took two and a half months to do a standard Tissot watch service. Ridiculous.

Really polite helpful staff. Unfortunately my watch is acting strange but I didn't have my receipt with me. It was bought almost 18 months ago. Within minutes the young man had found my details and logged my watch for repair, no hassle and no problem at all! Would definitely recommend.
