Pleasantness to customers somewhat lacking!

Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
I enquired on the net to establish which Chemist had stock of the lateral flow test kits. Boots high street came as one. On visiting the shop in the High Street Wombourne, I enquired to be told dismissively NO, on stating that according to "the Government" there are millions in stock, I received a shrug of the shoulders. Nice customer care, I suggest people avoid this outfit and try Lloyds in the village, a much more appreciative place who value custom.

Feel robbed by a Boots

On 9th January I called into my local Boots to make some small purchases. Included were two Mepore Ultra 10 X 11cm for which I was charged £1. 42 each. Thinking this was slightly over the top I looked in at a small local chemist and made exactly the same purchase. Cost? Almost half. I have been a customer of Boots for many years but from now on be decidedly more price conscious. Feeling disgusted and cheated and waiting on your comments.
