You expect in a store of this calibre a great customer service. Two staff, one of whom a manager were helping one customer for over 15 minutes while a queue was piling up at the tills. When I asked one of them who happened to be the store manager allegedly, whether there is another staff to serve the tills she became so rude and had appalling behaviour. She thought she would carry on pffending me by asking for ID for a refund. When I said I have done several refunds and never got asked for ID and I think she did this to retaliate she became even more rude. I did not mind being asked for ID and provided it, I mind the appalling behaviour and abysmal attitude of seniors in store who think they are far superior than the customer and attwmpt to insult. Thankfully other COS branches have much friendlier staff.
Helpful staff and good variety. The changing rooms can get very busy over the weekend or during sales period. Some light coloured clothes can often have stains from lipstick etc from others which is a bit off putting but overall the clothes are of good quality.
My previous visits to Cos have not always gone well but High Street Kensington last Saturday was more of a Ladies dress shop exerience due to an older woman who actually wears Cos (!) Plus I like the service from the other Assistant - she's a Keeper 😄 Great clothes in Cos at the moment and the selection slightly changes from Branch to Branch so it's always worth popping in x
Extremely rigid staff (may be just two or three, i can't tell). Just experienced very bad customer services today. Very unclear policy!Waste customer's time and travel expense! Just to let you know you can never return garment for your partner or family, and without passport ID＋the exact card holder come to the store+ the exact signature you will never able to return the garment!! They seem to try their best to delay your return and try their actually hope you miss the return date!! When you shop £400+ and tried to return £79 but failed, Just Ridiculous! Will never shop there again.
Cos is one if the rare shops whose main focus is to reinvent the classic designs and create modern and functional designs that last for considerably longer than just a few months or a season. I love the designs of the shops as they offer a modern comfortable place to shop. I particularly love the coats and jackets as they are timeless. Also when I visit the shop I love to collect the magazine as it offers an amazing inside to the collection and the artistic approach to the designs. The accessories offered are also modern and understated. They have designs for men women and children. The staff is friendly and helpfull.
My experience at this store made me hate COS. The store closes at 9pm and I was at the store at 9pm. My boss wanted me to get her a pant by the next day and I got reference number and size so it is a very quick thing to do. Since COS does not allow you to check store availability I could not check online which store has it so I tried to call the stores asking if they have them. Such a funny thing none of their stores picked up the phone on Saturday except the COS in selfridges which was ironic as that COS is under management of selfridges not COS so they could not check availability. So no COS's own stores are picking up!!! I went to three stores before this one and they all did not have it. I hurried to this store, was there at 9 o'clock. Two guys went out from the store with bags just when I came in. Obviously everything was just operating. I go straight to one guy wanting to explain the situation but he did not even try to listen. I was so anxious and wanted to make him help me out but he kept saying we are closed, did not want to listen at all. Then another girl and guy came, the three literally trying to escort me out of the door. The guy was saying, the door was closed! (meaning I should not even step in). This is a way to treat your customer. Really an eye-opening experience.

Purchased and changed items on 29.9 and was served by a rude store manager called Pierre. I've been in the store before and not had any complaints. COS need to sack him his attitude is poor and he lacks any customer service skills. Can't believe COS would have such an obnoxious person representing their company. I'll be using another store from now on.
Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written. Needs music in the change room area so that we don't need to listen to the staff's gossipy conversations while they stand just outside.
