I shop here quite regularly and find the staff very helpful and really friendly. A nice place to shop. Highly recommended for mens designer clothing, especially Stone Island & CP Company. Highly recommended.
This store in Belfast used to be my favourite place, I was a regular customer and loved the range and the general vibe in the store. I purchased a lot of clothes for my husband Christmas week, unfortunately two of the shirts didn’t fit so i was hoping to get them changed to another size or choose something else. When I tried to locate my receipts I realsised i must of thrown these out by accident around the Christmas period. I went into the store two weeks ago and explained my situation to the member of staff who couldn’t help, so I asked to speak to the manager. He went away to ask the manager, when he returned he said she is busy but says a credit note or a excahange is out of the question. I was deeply disspapointed with the level of customer service and will not return to this store. I had a similar experience In a boutique on the Lisburn road called ‘Harrison’s” i had no receipt and they let me exchange my goods without question, I say Support local independent businesses they value the customer more.
EDINBURGH BRANCH GEORGE STREET BREAKING THE LAW UNDER 2015 consumer act legislation on faulty damaged products returned within 28 days :- Doesn't get worse than this , sold a faulty item that had damage to the cuff "stone island " returned a week after purchase all tags in place not worn the manager said nothing just started filling in a form I asked him what was happening he said he needed to return it to the supplier and would hear back within 7/10 days . Today I received a call from him saying that the damage must have been done by my son and was not going to offer a replacement or refund . I told him that was not true and the item was not checked at the point of sale . He told me that was it and if we didn't pick the item up within 3 weeks it would be destroyed . Appalling ! And after reading the other reviews on trust pilot I am not the first person to be treated this way . This is backstreet trading , you go to any reputable place they refund or replace straight away with the receipt. Be warned we never expected this and are now going down the legal route .
After attending Christmas Cruise during December just gone i returned for a student night on monday 15th Jan. Myself and two friends were immediately rejected without reasoning… the bouncers did not want to see our IDs or even check we had a ticket…nothing! When we asked what the reason is, the rude, arrogant bouncers simply responded with “we dont have to give a reason, you’re not coming in” I then returned with a different group of friends 10-15 minutes later (my other two friends gave up…I guess they aren’t as argumentative as myself). As I went to show the bouncer my ID he straight away recognised me and again refused entry. Not once had I swore or even raised my voice in the slightest, they just didnt want me in there! I managed to pursuade the bouncers to allow me to speak to the manager to which his response was “I cannot overrule his decision. He has said no, so you’re not coming in.” It was extremely frustrating so I left town that night sober as a judge in a terrible mood… It is just such a shame that these bouncers seem to think they are God’s gift😡I’m 18 and had paid for a ticket… what’s the problem (still I do not know) p.s. Christmas cruise was great and im sure the student night was a belter shame i was on the outside the whole night get the tall foreign white skin-head bouncer sacked he is so rude and needs to pipe down and remember we are all equal and he is not above the law
