Was very easy and I'm happy with my buy, if I was to be very picky it would be nice to have nicer packaging to come in however it was still safely packed and the product is great.

There was a small issue in that one of the glasses was slightly different from the others because of an updated design. Customer service was excellent and arranged for replacement with no problems at all. I would recommend this company.

One glass was missing from the box, phoned them up, new glass arrived the next day. Brilliant service and easy to speak to someone. Would certainly use them again.
