I tried the ifetch on a 30 day trial. the product was not sturdy enough not to move when my toy poodle touched the unit & the power cable kept coming out. the company were great for delivery but after returning it, it took well over 3 weeks to get the money back into my account. initially the refund was overlooked which accounted for 1 week

We still AV to push ball out with toothbrush because balls gets misshapen with dog chewing said balls, by the way you still haven't told me how to open machine for cleaning purposes

Very happy, competitively priced and you cannot beat the delivery service - the next day and with time slots- would have to pay a premium charge with lots of company's. Very helpful customer service to boot

Great service. The company contacted me to inform me the ifetch2 was now available. I bought it and it was delivered almost immediately. Well packaged complete with instructions. Well pleased with everything and we have a very happy excitable chocolate Labrador. So everybody is happy. Great invention
