Ordered a refurbished iPhone 8 for my son for Christmas chose one that was advertised as excellent condition. Received the phone very quickly and was pleased the phone looked like new but on testing the phone the screen went blank and would not work. I rang the help line and was asked to try a number of ways to reboot the phone to try and fix it but nothing worked. Still await a refund
