Very easy to order, sort VAT relief and delivery was quick.
Bought my wig from Sale/end of line section so was very cheap. Ended up buying 2 more before they went out of stock.
Would just like to have more choice for shoulder length wigs in a range of greys.

I thought the headband hair piece was very poor for the money also the colour was completely not the colour I ordered. You were very quick in refunding me which was good but not sure I would order again from you I think you need to sort the colours out

I ordered the wrong item & tried to cancel my order which was minutes later - no reply.
The order arrived so I immediately returned for refund - at my own cost. Two weeks have gone by and I still haven’t had a refund or acknowledge of the return.
Poor customer service.
