Morrisons Leigh Sports Village has always been the worst supermarket by far. I refuse to go in. Plus not even the cheapest.
The deli staff, some cashiers and salad bar are always aggressive, personally attacking customers and constantly rude. This is when they are not stood around talking, gossiping and skiving off.
As a result, the salad bar is always poorly stocked and old not fresh, and other departments bad. Avoid, go to a proper supermarket. Store managers and head office not interested for months.
Even worse to disabled customers.

As a regular customer at your Norwich Riverside store I visited yesterday afternoon (Thursday) at around 3.30. When I got to check-out there where 4 to 5 people on all the check-outs but there was 6, yes six, not manned. When I asked at customer services why there wasn't more staff on duty he said there was no one else available. Why is there not more staff able to help get customers through this bottle neck.
There is nothing worse than seeing closed check-outs when standing in a long queue.Perhaps this is why Morrisons customers are going where the service is more adjusted to customer requirements.

This review is intended as a criticism of the cafe only. Lunched there (or tried to) on 30th March. Ordered meal at 1.05 p.m. By 1.30 p.m. nothing had appeared. Queried this with server who told us because table number had not been displayed in correct place we had been overlooked. When I requested refund meal appeared from kitchen as if by magic!
No apology from staff who tried to indicate that it had been our fault for not displaying table number (It was on the table and clearly legible)
My complaint is about complete lack of service and no obvious guidelines as to how their 'system' operates. First and last time that we shall enter this particular cafe. Such a shame as the supermarket itself is up there amongst the best.

DO NOT USE MORRISON DRY CLEANING SERVICE AT SHEPHERD'S BUSH

I dropped 4 garments at Morrison Dry Cleaning at Shepherd's Bush for dry cleaning. They returned 4 garments back but the dress they returned was not mine. It has a tag of dry cleaning record from 8 months ago! My dress cannot be found. They have lost my dress which cost me 300 pounds. (I cannot rule out that the dress has been stolen as the case seems bizzare and suspicious). The staff has just passing the responsibility around and trying to delay the response. When I went to chase the case up. I noticed two other unhappy customers complaining. I am still in the battle of chasing up my dress.

Morrisons was my favourite supermarket for a long time.I now feel very dissapointed with the company. They have stopped selling several items I regularly buy, most vegetables are in plastic bags so it's not possible to choose properly and get very defensive when customers dare to comlain. Most other stores I visit give an email address are Morrisons afraid to do this. Today I shopped there for the last time

All things for women are advertised as feminine or ladies or girls things, whilst things for men are just Mens grooming, why not masculine. gentlemen or guys. Very sexist

**Do Not use Morrisons dry cleaning facilty.** They are untrained and unprofessional. The DERBY store ruined my Daughters 250 evening gown causing tears in the fabric. They said that the tears were the result of 'use and wear. . even though this may not have been visible before the cleaning'. What! thats drivel. Dont bother with the'Textile Services Association' either, they are in Cahoots! No apologies or refund, they really don't care about us, their bread and butter. Vote with your feet.

Why is it that this branch never seems to have such things as sugarsnap peas, mange tout, etc. but they do have an over-abundance of french beans. When we asked a member of staff we were told that these do not sell but it is not surprising as there are hardly every any plastic bags around to sell the fresh salad and vegetables. They only ever have one colour of pepper, this week it was red. This store is not in the same league as the one at Netherfield where we used to shop.

I've shopped at Morrisons since they opened their first supermarket and seen them change and adapt and now influence the other 3 big supermarkets. Their Market Street is great, with fresh produce, and they have now started 'Buy one get TWO free' giving me even more savings. On the odd occassion something hasn't been okay, I've always been dealt with quickly and courteously. I do go to other supermarkets just to check prices, but I'm happy that I'm getting the best value overall from Morrisons.

I have been endeavouring for the past 2 years to get my local store to install a Car Park Attendant without success. I shop on average twice a week and always have problems parking due to non-disabled drivers parking in the disabled only bays. Are they aware that by not policing the disabled bays on its premises, they are failing to provide people with access to goods and services as specified in Section 19 of the Disability Discrimination Act. Recently a disabled driver scored a resounding victory when he took a supermarket giant to court and was awarded 5000 for disability discrimination.

We are used to contacting people around the world by mobile phone and emails and SMS Text messages!
But Morrisons Customer Service is NOT contactable by EMail! Just like RYANAIR really and because of this, immaterial of Morrisons share prices and other ho ha they put out I only rate them 3!
I can contact ALDI and LIDL Cusomer Services by Mail and if they can do it so should Morrisons, even if the head office is in Braford!

Please be careful when using Morrisons for dry cleaning. They recently damaged a dinner suit by melting all the buttons and then blamed the manufacturer and refused to do anything about it despite the fact that this suit has been cleaned on many occassions. Lesson learnt don't use supermarkets for dry cleaning use professionals

Having been a loyal and frequent customer of Morrison's since their store at Seaburn, Sunderland first opened, I'm quite sad that our association has now ended.
The staff there were always pleasant and friendly, but of course thats the North East for you.
The reason I'm boycoting the store is because I feel cheated and conned out of the 20 Xmas voucher offer.
I'd qualified but misunderstood the wording of the scheme and had only kept my 'debit card' till receipt as proof of puchase. The 'rules' just told you to keep the qualifying weeks 'receipts' and didnt make it clear that by 'receipt' they meant the whole itemised lists of the groceries bought (or till roll) as most of us customers would describe it.
Its no consolation but I'm not the only one to find themselves cheated in this way, the staff have had to deal with furious customers all week, some of them very abusive.
Also my phone call to their 'customer services' dept was an absolute waste of time and money.
The young man who eventually answered was possibly a school leaver & clearly completely untrained in customer services. He obviously couldn't have cared less so I've decided to adopt the same attitude.
Probably its done me a favour in the long run, I'm still very angry but if my 70 - 80 a week custom means so little to them then I shall spread it around from now on.
It isn't a problem for me to buy daily elswhere, there are shops a lot nearer to me than Morrisons and it will probably save me money too because I'll think twice and waste less.

We only have Morrison's, a small Co-op and Aldi's in our town. The next nearest supermarket is 20 miles away. I have to return to Morrison's quite often to ask for a refund after being overcharged, the trained customer service staff member is very abrupt, never smiles and most certainly does not apologize for their mistake. Today I bought an item clearly marked at 1.08 but was charged 10.80 I spoke to the store and was advised they were aware of this particular problem and had alerted staff. I wonder how many more customers miss this as I did not used to check my receipt quite so thoroughly before
