POR15 Engine Enamel is better than any other paint! Why? Because it contains 80% solid pigment, and therefore less solvent to evaporate into thin air, so providing a deeper, richer colour. Easily applied without leaving streaky brush marks. This durable direct to metal coating creates a smooth, high-gloss finish that withstands the rigors of the engine compartment while improving the look and preventing corrosion of the metal components. It's formulated to match O.E.M standards and to keep engine surfaces from pitting and rusting and deliver the look and performance expected from POR15. POR-15 Engine Enamels are available in pints (473ml) - enough to do a whole engine. Temp range 150degC (300degF) For the best result, we recommend to clean the engine first with POR15 Cleaner Degreaser then etch metal surfaces with POR15 Metal Prep Read " How Do I Clean & Paint My Engine? " from our Technical Article for more information.
