Totally Unprofessional small outfit

They do not respond to problems after 5 months. Ignore financial settlemts. Spend [edit] no time on customer service.

No Accountability, Very Poor Customer Service & No refund

I thave used this company three times now. Twice with no problem but on the third time my parcel was not collected & I had no response to my emails until it was too late. My claim for a refund was apparently sent to the claims department but one month on, many emails later and two letters sent I have had no word from the claims department and no refund! Every time I contact them (you can contact them via email only the phones are not picked up) I am 'fobbed off' with a message that says my claim has been forwarded to the claims department. I suggest you stay away from this company as there is no accountability when things go wrong.
