Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
3 -5 working days delivery. Should have read WEEKS.ordered 21/03/12 delivered 13/04/12
Excuses, moving warehouse, low stock, no stock, extra busy as its Easter, phone help line cut me off 7 times. Email system was being up dated.
Only thing done quickly was the taking of money from my account.
Email to say order dispatched arrived 2 days after delivery.
They need to sort out their communication to customers, I did the running around and even offered to amend order as something was out of stock, but they couldn't be bothered to tell me.
HOPELESS I was a new customer but this has not a goog first experience.
