The engineer arrived without the specified part. After examination said more parts needed. 4 days later I received a partial refund with no explanation. The premium rate customer service number cost me 57p a minute on my mobile. It felt like a scam. Avoid these people.
Repair to my rangemaster not carried out as it was apparently uneconomic. Unfortunately they made me wait 5 days when I thought they were coming back. In the end I had to ring them and then they told me - so I am still with no cooker. Appalling Would never ever use then again.
Engineer came to repair my tumble dryer...I said I thought it was something to do with the touch controls. Anyway it had the same problem...told that they had ordered the part. Next thing was I got a text saying they could not do the repair and refunded my money. But I had been trying to get hold of them for over a week and there is no way you can speak to the engineer directly
After requesting a service call on Friday the first engineer came on the following Monday but could not fix the fridge freezer as he did not have a regassing kit with him. There was no availability of engineers before the following Monday. The second engineer then came and regassed the system. The appliance now seems to be working properly although engineer warned against filling the freezer yet
When I informed repaircare by email that the scheduled engineer had failed to arrive, I was phoned within a couple of hours to arrange another appointment two days later with the date and time sent by text. The second engineer, Paul arrived on time and immediately diagnosed and fixed the electrical fault on my Cannon cooker quickly and without any fuss - full marks for customer service.
The repair man came as arranged and completed the repair very quickly. However he left without clearing the drum of the washing machine which still had some shreds of plastic inside the drum casing. It was shreds like this which had caused the blockage in the first place. However, the machine does now perform efficiently,
The engineer was very professional and diagnosed the problem within ten minutes. Very impressed with work and professionalism of Pete at all times, very quick and job completed within 45 minutes. A job well done, I would use this company again.
