Really would not recommend using this company for your repairs. Really long wait times just to get through to speak to an advisor around 12 to 15mins (all calls charged at 7p per min).
Engineer told us one thing and then in his report said something completely different, repair care never contacted me with a single update, I had to call them to be told the case has been closed. Terrible Service
Terrible service. An appointment was made online for an engineer to repair a faulty fan oven motor - the appointment was not kept. Tried to telephone to chase up but was kept on hold at 7p per minute for an hour and a half in total during three attempts. Unacceptable and not the first time I've tried but will be the last
Washing machine wasn’t fixed new part apparently unavailable but the had to chase engineer to find that out. Disappointing that despite saying in their advertising they wouldn’t charge if they couldn’t fix it. They took the money prior to the engineer even looking at the machine
repairman evaluated our washing machine and witihn 30 seconds confirmed it would be an expensive repair... to consider buying a new one. i advised repaircare of the outcome and though i had to chase them and following Trusted Shops' initial follow up, the vendor refunded partially my payment per thier policy .
We were told an engineer would be out to fox our oven on the Monday after booking the appointment and no one showed up, we can't get through to their customer service team via phone or email, shocking service do not use this company.
Excellent service, the engineer tested my faulty freezer and replaced the frost free element and cleared the ice buildup on the back panel and before he left he made sure everything was working correctly. I am very pleased with the work the engineer carried out. Thank you repair care. 10/10.
Unfortunately I had a poor experience on this occasion. I requested repaircare service to fix an oven that isn't heating up properly. I paid £135 at the time of ordering and an engineers appointment was arranged for Thu 18 Apr. The engineer did not attend as arranged although a note on the online repair status stated he had. This was untrue. No new appt has yet been arranged. Disappointed
Lied to by engineer who led me to believe it could be repaired. No contact from repaircare to inform me it wasn't going to be repaired. False information put on their system about contact with me. Still left without a washer dryer currently due to ongoing saga. Been waiting to hear from management as would like some for of compensation due to inconvenience caused by poor communication.
Unprofessional, from telephone assistant to the repair Engineer. Very poor service...didn’t even arrive on the day the service was booked in for. When he did arrive week or so later botched the repair. A refund was requested but a call out charge of £45 was deducted. Not a full refund as they claim on their web site. The Repaircare should be rebranded... Don’tcare
Engineer booked for Wed 27/3/2019 ( nobody turned up ) no phone call on home phone or mobile Website tracking stated reschedule from 27/3 to 27/3 ????? wrote complaining regards this no feedback forthcoming Phoned up on 28th and told engineer had left a message (not true) engineer arrive early on 28th said that was when he was booked Carried out repair with no problems

Very poor service, engineer did not perform repair after telling us that the dishwasher was unrepairable and we still got charged the call out fee. Under their t&cs we shouldn’t be charged but they stated that we chose to cancel the repair Yes we did because the engineer said it was unrepairable... disgusting
Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written. I asked to have the engineer for the Wednesday, but they said the engineer had made a date fir 11th. The engineer didn't have the part needed, so he came back on the 18th. to complete the work. It was a "Broken fan" and he hadn't come across this trouble on a relatively new fridge/freezer. He was very polite and apologetic. All ends well. Thank you.
