Good communication called at agreed date and time, needed non stock spares, arranged installation date when spares available, called and fitted same as arranged. Very efficient, tidy and polite engineer.
Engineer came very early 7.45am, came in, spent 20 minutes at the most and scarpered. Despite parts being under warranty, engineer not interested. Cost me £139 for him to empty the filter. No attempt to investigate burning smell, smoke or loud spin noise.
We were disappointed at the length of time it took for the repair to be completed but more than that was that repair care did not bother to contact us. We would not use them again. If it wasn't for the dedication of the engineer, it would not have been completed at all.
Paid £119 only to be told when the engineer visited the part needed to repair my oven was obsolete. Considering I had to provide the make, model and serial no. plus a full description of the issue prior to payment being taken, I’m annoyed to say the least. My request should have been rejected due to the age of the oven beforehand if checks had been done to source the part first. Not happy.
Accepted my payment and clear description of straight forward fridge freezer fault then called to say they would not do the repair. It looked too good to be true AND IT WAS. (I did at least get my money back after reminding them.)
Till 9.02 still awaiting for service, engineer didn't came first two times at third he been very unprofessional shout and told me that he has no time to check proper my washer, he decide to order parts and then 3 weeks later no parts, no engineer, no fixed washer..hope so will finish soon
