I ordered two bras mid January. A month later I had not received them. I’ve emailed them to find out where they are but just got an automated response. Six weeks after the original order number 38582403424052 still nothing - not even an apology.

My order was delayed by UPS for 6wks. Heleen on the helpdesk was marvellous she replied to my quiries promptly and investigated the delays for me. I was given generous options which thankfully were not required as the order eventually arrived.
I am very happy with the fit and quality of the pants and bras.

Disgraceful length of time from order to delivery. 12th January and received the goods on 9th February in an appalling state. The outer box was badly damaged and some of the smaller boxes inside were badly dented. Need to return a few items and dread to think how long that will take.

I was surprised to find that the goods sent from Belgium. Everything about Rigby&Peller would seem British from the web site & from normal in-store shopping. Even the reasonably priced P&P would seem UK based. The package became caught in the UPS delivery system which repeatedly presented missed delivery expectations & time expired information taking 18 days to arrive. Add a warning to Web Site.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on delivery so the scores for Delivery and Goods are non existent because my order is non existent and there is only a small score for Customer Service as I have had a response to my chasing but the replies have been slow and with little success.

Very poor for delivery because it was so late. However, this might be a little harsh, as it was January! Goods when they arrived did not fit me well, so are going back. Customer service was lovely, but sending bra back is a problem. The advice given out by UPS comes from a robot, and so its impossible to get your answers answered!

The items were ordered at the beginning of January, I received an email on 9th January advising items have been shipped. To date I have not received any communication from you & I still have not received my items & there were shipped 3 weeks ago ... incredibly poor.
