I ordered dining table, 6 chairs and a console table. All but 2 chairs were damaged on arrival. This is 5 weeks ago and I am no clearer on resolution. Stay way would be my advice.

After care is totally shocking and disgraceful. Waited 12 weeks for sofa. After 8 days bolt snapped on recliner which shouldn't of happened. Had to wait 3 weeks for service man to come fix it to tell us he can't got order part which we had already told them what they needed. To wait a further 5 weeks to say it had come in then we still waiting further 3 weeks for service man be in our area to fix it. Sales manager told us to use recliner still even though it is broke which we haven't. Service man said not too. Settee is nearly 9 week old and still not fixed. Do not recommend scs at all.

ordered two armchairs, both arrived damaged. SCS didn't want to know. Resorted to Section 75 claim via mastercard. AVOID

Ordered a sofa 6 weeks ago and was told the maximum wait was 6-7 weeks. Rang up today as I'd heard nothing to be told it's going take anther 4-5 weeks before I'd get a phone call to then arrange a delivery date which takes again another week, Absolutely gutted to be honest. The lady told me it usually takes a few weeks they say 7 weeks just to cover them Selfs but to wait 11 weeks in total is just appalling! I'm literally living like a squatter in my own home.

Very poor customer service. I ordered two carpets and they ordered one of them incorrectly. I discovered this after the fitter had put half of it on my stairs. I now have half bare gripper rods and half incorrectly coloured carpet. When I went to the store to complain the staff did not seem unduly bothered by this or thin convenience spending another day at home will cause. Not impressed.
