Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
Tapi warranty not worth the paper printed. We bought laminate from them three years ago with High UV resistance. Started fading after 2 years. Went through 6 months of trying to get it resolved to be offered to purchase more laminate at cost price to replace, that's at our cost plus a fitter cost. Independent Ombudsman concluded it was a localised issue (sun) which we knew and said they would advise Tapi to be more careful about the use of UV resistance. In no way helps us. Complained on Facebook and Tapi just removed the comments. Shocking behaviour and will never shop there again. Would advise everyone to avoid.
