Fantastic above and beyond service. Canât recommend Barnstaple store enough

Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
I am not a vodaphone customer ( wait till my current contract ends )but as my own provider was not at all helpful I I went into vodaphone. My phone had run out of charge and I desperately needed some power as I was expecting an urgent call. The lady on duty today Friday 25 February kindly put my phone on charge ( for free ) and then helped me to choose a power pack so I can charge phone in my handbag. She couldnâÂÂt have been kinder in my hour of need. THANK YOU so much
