Oh Boden, I'm so disappointed. Your customer service has been excellent in the past and I've always been happy to order knowing that returns are free. But not any more.

Great value in the sale and easy returns (the returns are free from the UK even though this doesn't seem to be mentioned on the site). The refund could have been faster - it took a couple of weeks but overall a good experience.
Update: Returns no longer seem to be free in the sale.
