Whilst booking my ticket online somehow the date got changed and I bought tickets for wrong date. I realised within 5 minutes and contacted Air France on WhatsApp. They refused to let me change dates. Other airlines allow you to correct mistakes made within a 1 hr or 24 hr window. I think this is very poor customer service from Air France

you could have more options about how much luggage to take.
I need more space than a small case. But I don't want to be lugging 3 cases around with me . So why not an option of 1 large case and a hand bag.

I like the way Airfrance welcome it clients.
How to serve food to Airfrance clients. The food quantity is to small, just change the way to serve Airfrance food.
