My order was held up by Menzies, the courier. After 10 days and a slow response to an email enquiry, it seems by order was lost by the courier. I am due to receive a refund and will re-order because I liked the product, but I suggest that, unless this is very exceptional, then a review of the distribution method might be in order.

Ordering by telephone is extremely easy. Calls are answered almost immediately and the staff are delightful. They are also very efficient. Delivery is equally efficient.
A minor confusion arises about customers numbers. On catalogues it is prefixed with a C but online the C must be omitted.
