Excellent customer service but wouldn’t have needed to use if had received an email to confirm order as would have spotted the mistake with my address.

Ordered my 2 items on 2nd of May and they still have not arrived, I did email them as I couldn't track my items and I did get a reply saying they not in stock but they will be restocking, my question is why did my order go through if the items not in stock and, so at present they took my money and still I'm still waiting on my items, won't b ordering from them again.

Delivery states 2-3 days but I waited over 3 weeks, I was beginning to think this was a scam as the money got taken but had not received anything, until today. Must admit I was very happy with the item. If I order anything again I will just have to remember its a long wait for delivery.

One item was frayed in a few places and my WHITE shirt dress is stained with black ink. Really really not happy, high prices for such cheap quality.
