Delivery was abysmal advertised as 2-3 day service. Item was delivered in 11 days. Customer service was also abysmal as there was no response to my email which was acknowledged immediately by an automated service. The product itself was fine. But this was my first and last order. Due to the experience, I won't be returning

Its really difficult to find good quality skincare that is fragrance free, Paulas Choice delivers on both counts and the service is excellent too.

When I bought this product and got a pretty good dead,l. It came in cardboard packaging so was really happy with that.
I applied this and left it without putting anything else on for a while and honestly by the next day i could see results. My skin is normally congested but it was visibly minimised!
Will be using 2/3 times a week and will probably apply with my hands to save product :)

It arrived quickly and packaging was v. cute. It is honestly the best thing my skin has felt in a long while. It doesn't have a strong offensive smell, its quite neutral smelling. I've noticed a difference already, my skin type is acne/blemish prone, and pores size have reduced; texture has improved. Overall my skin is thanking me for this purchase!! Cant wait to see more improvements as time goes

The products are great but I've had issues with delivery on two occasions (one order took 3 weeks to be delivered while the second was completely lost in the post albeit re-sent in the end once customer service got notified)
