Really disappointed in the delay and communication.
Can’t comment on the quality of the rug as it hasn’t arrived. Ordered 28.11.22, it’s now 19.12.22

The review is based on experience with the company itself not the product.
Ordered Rug and waited for delivery which didn't happen so contacted the seller on numerous occasions via email and phone calls with zero response.
Finally received a reply and was advised the Rug is out of stock and will be received in February.
I'm awaiting for delivery now.

I was not kept informed of the delivery situation and did not find Customer Service very helpful or friendly. I was very happy with the Mastercraft rug but was not advised this would be coming direct from the manufacturer.There are several similar companies selling rugs and I would use one of these for future purchases.

Still haven't had my rug delivered. Courier have lied about delivering my rug and won't provide proof of delivery. Obviously because they have no proof. Rug Shop UK have been slow to respond to my emails and are refusing to re-send the item or refund me. Still waiting for a resolution. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Fast, free delivery, good quality, easy to contact & very helpful customer service. Only criticism in my own experience was that the colours were darker than than they appeared online.
