Excellent service though one of my recent orders had to be returned due to the wrong item being delivered.

Purchased when the website indicated it was in stock, with email confirmation to that effect received. Three weeks later still not received, even though website stated up to 7 of the rugs were in stock. I escalated it to PayPal; the order was cancelled and refunded.
They're either in total chaos or claim to have rugs in stock when they haven't.

Was concerned about other reviews and nearly didn’t order. Pleased I did, the rug is beautiful although delivery was a little longer than stated .

Wrong rug sent after waiting beyond the expected dispatch time. Taken 5 days for them to dispatch the replacement ruglet’s hope that is the correct size.
Communication isn’t great either. Very disappointed as I have bought from them previously and service was much better.

Rug is lovely however communication following my order wasn’t great. I think the rug went missing in transit so I had to chase- once my emails and calls were responded to the rug arrived very quickly.
