I ordered a rug which went in to back order for which I was given a discount. We subsequently decided against the initial purchase. On contacting the team at Rug Shop I was given a refund with no issues.
I would personally have no hesitation in placing an order from The Rug Shop again.

really not happy with the rug at all it is very difficult to vacuum and the hoover gets stuck on it
