Thé consignment has yet to arrive. I just can’t wait. Some shipping issue with UPS. Fingers crossed it arrives soon.

My order was due for delivery on 18th January, upon checking today I see that it has been returned to sender on 13 January and not delivered to me. I am unable to contact R&P and I'm very unhappy with the service. Please hep!

This order has not been delivered. The UPS tracker states it was returned to sender. Why?

Zero! My goods haven't arrived, tracking says they were returned to sender and my email has not been replied to.
I'm working as a nurse in icu during a global pandemic and don't have time to chase this up endlessly

Items not delivered due to problem with UPS courier, my card charged , have asked for refund and then charge me again once items despatched to me again. No reply to my request as yet .
