Order placed on 23 December. payment taken but order still processing and no communication from company. Most unusual but also concerning as not sure where my order is.

The items ordered arrived later than anticipated, after Christmas rather than before. But that might have been my fault as I should have ordered them earlier.
Other than that I am completely satisfied as a customer.

I have yet to receive any of the goods I ordered a week ago. All I can comment on is 'Delivery' and to date there has been none. Apart from a note on the confirmation email I received saying that my order would arrive in 2-3 business days, contradicted by a banner on the website saying that all orders after 17 Dec 2020 will be delayed, there has been no further communication about my order.

I have a gift card, however was not able to use it online to place this order & due to isolating I am not able to attend a store in person. I attempted to phone customer service on numerous occasions, my call was never answered. I have received delivery of my item nor have I received any correspondence regarding it, in fact I don’t know if my order has been dispatched or what has happened to it.
