Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
I placed my orer nearly 3 weeks ago and it is still 'In Processing' and has not been despatched yet. Delivery will also be at least 5 days yet the website says it will be depatched between 8 and 11 days from order.. Had I known this would take so long ( and I still have no idea when I will get my order), I would n ot have ordered from My Fabrics. They need to amend their weiste delivery informt

My order was not despatched in the quoted time frame (which was longer than most online shops) and I have had to email for an update. I am awaiting a reply at the moment.

Great choice of fabrics. I loved the fact you could send for samples first to check the suitability and quality. The ordering was pretty simple to do and I appreciated the discount I was given.

At the moment you need to improve greatly. My customer number is 10406807 and the order I have questioned is order number 15539393 placed on 5 June at 23:55 - which I received 2 order confirmations, and paid by PayPal. As things stand todate 25 June I have not received said order. Please also refer to my email of 23 June expressing my concern regarding the whereabouts of my order. Andrey Aftae

Good website relatively easy to use. Fabric is beautiful quality and packed well. Unfortunately delivery service was a little longer than expected but have managed to get project done on time!

Delighted with my fabric which is just how it looked online and although I’ve yet to sew appears to be very good quality. It was delivered within the time scale advised but I had to wait almost 2 weeks, presumably because it was not posted in the UK.
This company has a lovely selection of fabrics and I will be happy to use again - just allowing time for delivery.
