Your fabrics are beautiful. I buy from MF because I know I’m getting quality fabrics. There’s no hit or miss, everything is listed perfectly so I know at a glance what I’m buying.

Liked the fact that what I asked for was delivered. Could do better by not choosing the cheapest delivery service as they were appalling.

I received my order 5 weeks after ordering and that was only after contacting them, turns out my package hadn't even left the warehouse, it was only me contacting them that they found out it was still there!!

I made my order on the 18th August and have yet to receive my fabric, I have had to contact them several times, the link they sent me to track my package said it hadn't even left the warehouse 3 weeks after my order was placed, their responses have been bland and not at all sorry about the delay, i won't be placing any more orders, I feel very let down by the service and the company

Placed my order over a month ago, was told it would take 2 weeks to arrive. After 3 weeks I emailed them for an update to be told they were having issues. I still haven’t received my order.

After 8 days I received an email saying that the delivery of my fabric was delayed on one hand due to the current economic situation and its logistical impact and on the other hand we are optimising our logistics processes - but no indication of when I would receive my fabric was giv

Placed my first order on 6th June for shipping between 06/16/22 -06/21/22. My order still comes up as in processing over a week after last dispatch date. I have sent an email to customer service but have not received a reply.
The material I ordered is for a special occasion and I will not have time to complete the project now so will be requesting a full refund. i will not be buying from them aga

Loved this linen fabric, it's soft with a lovely drape. The colours are just a bit different. First dispatch of my order went astray but a replacement was quickly sent.
