The products are very good quality.
The delivery is quick. When I found a product not suited to me, the return was easy and the refund was done promptly. I’ve used hothair for over 10 years and never had any problems.

Absolutely brilliant service I didn’t expect to receive the hair pieces so quickly within days of ordering it arrived and the hair pieces are amazing just feel like real hair

I ordered 2 hairpieces in September last year but was told they were out of stock and would be about 3 months for delivery. 5 months later, they are still not available and I believe they may have been discontinued. I have alopaecia and find this particular hairpiece was perfect for my needs. I have tried another, but the style was not appropriate. I have silver/white hair, and there are very few

First time I have bought anything from here, buying for a relative sadly now in a home but still likes to look smart. Managed to choose a wig of her style, (exactly as photo shows) and perfect colour match. I ordered small instead of petite and they changed with no fuss at all. Wig arrived perfectly boxed, excellent quality, right colour and size. Thank you.
