I have been buying Hothair for years. But for some reason the Swedish Blonde has changed to a really yellow colour and not as it used to be. I recently bought a sand colour to mix with it and that too was disappointing. The shades not as advertised like they used to be.

Quick delivery loved the short ponytail especially that you can put heat on it. Also a great colour for my hair. Going to order another one.

My order got lost in their system. Customer services rang me to apologise for the delay and put my order on special next day delivery and even enclosed a special gift for the delay.

Not enough choice in my colour. In fact I couldn’t find anything bar one wig to match and I’m just a normal light brown. I would also have liked the option of having hair or plaits fixed to a thin cotton bandana. Wearing a wig post chemo is really unpleasant and hot when you have hot flushes due to hormone treatment.

Absolutely amazing products delivered in a timely fashion. I’ve had 5 different products all are great and match my hair colour really well and the products I’ve bought for the care of the pieces have been good too. Absolutely delighted that I came across this site. Items are ideal if like me your trying to grow your hair and don’t want the awkward stage.
