Really enjoying my coffee machine. Arrived no fuss. Clear instructions. Superb machine - really good pressure for the price.

I'm not certain that it works. I have it as a supplementary heat source for cold mornings: the ceramic seems to get warm, but I can't say that I noticeably feel warmer after 30 minutes. I thought infa-red particles were meant to be absorbed by the body. Great service from Klarstein. The postage from Germany was free, but I'm just not sure about this fire and, it's not like I can return it to Berli

An amazing company to deal with, they give a date for delivery with items needing to cross through several countries yet they succeed in getting the timing just right.
