Great customer service
Tidy unit, only used eco with quick dry and 15 min fruit wash(for quick refresh/rinse)
Not keen on the horizontal cutlery trays but now leaving top one out unit bottom one filled. Top rack too high for my saucers, but learning what fits where to maximise capacity.
It is expensive but hopefully worth the money. Bought for size and colour

The juicer was faulty, on contacting Klarstein they arranged for collection and refunded our money promptly.

Our item was sent to the wrong address twice, when it arrived it was almost 100% damaged. We want a full refund and the item removed or we will dispose of it ourselves as they will never be able to sell it because of the damage. Their Customer Service is a disgrce, the first time they deliverd to the wrong address, they asked us to pick it up and return it to them. They should not be allowed to tr

I don't think you can improve perfection. Everything was great from ordering to delivery and the end product, exctractor hood and grey gas hob.

the control panel is not very touch sensitive and arranging the settings is rather complicated whereas it should be straight forward it took us an hour to get the thing programmed and are still not sure its right.

Fast delivery and easy to put on the wall, but very complicated to get it to pair with phone hence the four stars. We were about to send it back but tried it one last time next to the router and it worked.
