I have supported houghton country for many years being one of my local equestrian shops. I had recently purchased 2 bags of haylage and both were mouldy. One was unusable. Asked for a refund and they expected me to return the mouldy hay, despite being quite far away from them. I stated they could pick it up however, it’s been a week and still no refund. I find it unacceptable and a bit disappointi
