I ordered a pair of Rev It mesh motorcycle pants but unfortunately the sizing was a bit out and they didn't fit. Ghost Bikes were very helpful arranging a free return label for me whilst I reordered another pair from a different brand. These arrived the very next day and they fitted perfectly. That's what I call good customer service.

Fast delivery and easy to put on the wall, but very complicated to get it to pair with phone hence the four stars. We were about to send it back but tried it one last time next to the router and it worked.

You took payment for a pair of sandals on 6 July 2023. I didn't receive the sandals until 3 August.
You have taken a payment of £71.00 for a blouse (on 8 July 2023) & I still haven't received it. I have repeatedly asked for a refund for this item, which you have denied, saying it's been dispatched. It clearly hasn't.

I ordered a pair of sandals on the 5th June (Size 3) and was informed that there was a slight delay in delivery. When I had not received them on the 30th June I contacted them to be informed that they did not know how long the delay would be. I cancelled my order. I would have liked to be informed earlier, so that I could have found alternatives. The size is difficult to find.

I ordered a pair of shorts 2nd May. Almost a month later & they still haven’t arrived. I phoned customer service, only to be told that the system has changed & orders are running late, rest assured they are on their way. That was over a week ago. That is my 1st and last order with Peter Hahn!

Ordered on different occasions two pairs of sneakers one pair on 24 April and another pair 5 May. Both pairs were returned immediately and haven’t received refund for either pair. Very annoyed as this will incur interest on my credit card.
Will certainly think twice before ordering anything from Peter Hahn again. Spoke to someone on the phone who said I would get my refund, but still no luck.

Shoes broke after less than a month of use , received replacement pair. The same thing happened. Refused to refund when clearly manufacturers issue. I did receive voucher to purchase again which of course does not solve their quality issue. new shoes also are falling apart as well. Never again unfortunately.
