Your booking team could not book the flights I had on line (which I had a price for)
They told me the Ncl-Paris flight didn’t exist even though it does, I was booking a multi city ticket. We ended up ha ing to change dates and pay more. Your contact thought Guadeloupe was part of french mainland!!! No idea of geography and English poor. I am disgusted at the level of service

Lampaisvetlo is a deceiving and fraud online shop!! There is no mention that the goods are arriving from Netherlands and that they are subject to customs and customs clearing which is the extra cost that customer needs to pay. Unfortunatley this is a typical deceiving the shopper and actual cost of the item is not the one that is shown online! Watch out for this online shop! I will put this fraud

£1000 return flights from Manchester to Guadeloupe is unfairly high. No wonder no British tourists travel there. Please can you make it easier and cheaper for British holidaymakers to get to the French West Indies. Thanks

No way to speak to a human being who knows anything and can give good useful information. Cheap labour used in other parts of the world where the people have no clue what you are talking about and have such strong accents they cannot be understood. Can't spell English words and names accurately so ticket is null and void for travel. Misinform about connection times and when traveling with a dog. I

I don't know whose fault this is. Evri claim they tried to deliver on 19/5 but could not, even though I was in all day and watching out during the 2 hr window. They have now returned the goods to the sender and I cannot re-order due to stock not available in my size. It seems that the house name was missed off the delivery label. I have asked Triumph to return the parcel to me with the full a

Absolutely shocking, opened the 2 watch winders today for Xmas, the power adaptors for UK were not fit for purpose and then i noticed that the bottom winders on both machines were offset and not working!!!
Absolute shambles i'm now going to have to contact them to sort out a return
