I was charged an extra £70 because I paid with my credit card ....not happy!!!!!
I have always been told never to pay with a debit card because it is not safe.

First of all they had the ideal light were looking for.
Secondly having bought for the the first time from another company without first carrying out due diligence and had to go the credit card company for a refund, I was very pleased to read the feedback from other earlier buyers.
Thirdly, the follow up information and speed of delivery was excellent.

You could offer the same benefits to Flying Blue Members that British Airways does namely a credit card which delivers miles/points linked to a Companion Voucher. That is why Air France only gets a very small amount of my travel bookings

Fabric exactly what I wanted, just a shame I couldn’t buy all at once, as cost was higher than allowed?. Thankfullly I had already worked out in 2 parts! Then couldn’t pay with credit card and had to use PayPal which uses said credit card?? Very frustrating trying to purchase

They send out invalid voucher codes

Serenata send out voucher codes on cards with their gifts to tempt recipients to become customers. I tried to use the voucher code I received but it was invalid and even when I contacted them they would not honour it. They said they would give a refund to the equivalent amount after purchasing at the full price but this is not what was promised on their advertising and is extra hassle.

Great experience except you charged my debit card once on the 5 March for the correct amount then changed it to 2 debits on the 5 and 7 March. That’s not right so not happy with AF.

Air france can definitely do better when dealing with customers, a few times where I have to pay for new tickets on faults that come from customer service people on the phones.
Make it possible that we are waited for when connecting flights Europe to Lagos Nigeria.

I have ordered mid January and have still not received my results. Once I received confirmation that my test has arrived it took 7 days to get an email to inform me that there was an error with my sample. The error was implied to not have enough blood to test, however, the sample card was supplied as requested.

Item for Valentines arrived damaged.
Reported to the courier who were totally uninterested that they had kindly fed cardboard and plastic to dogs. So aside a mess on the drive dogs to the vets.
Reported to My picture.
Between courier and My picture I am £90 worse off for the vet, and no Valentine present.

At the time I completed the booking process with the confirmation of my payment from the credit card company, the e-ticket was not sent to me by email. The e-ticket did not arrive to me even after 12 hours of the booking completion so that I had to call the Air France customer service in order to obtain the e-ticket on the telephone. Now I have the e-ticket.
