I ordered a dress on 11th June, and it has just been delivered, today, 9th July. I have phoned several times to establish the whereabouts of the item, and sent emails. The excuse was that they had incorrectly printed the labels on several orders that had only a name on the house, but no number, they had omitted to print the name of the house and therefore the parcel was returned to sender!

I know that the delivery is slow, but finally enquired when the dress would arrive, only to be told that they did not have any stock at all and that I would only get the dress if there was a return. I am still awaiting delivery of my order placed on 22nd May. I have sent an email before and I received an automatic reply say in I would receive a personal message soon. I am still waiting. As I am going away this weekend and wanted it for that I shall cancel the order if I don't receive it by Thursday and also as zi thinkthat the dresses I ordered are now in the sale I expect a rebate.

These 2 dresses have never arrived .
I did speak with one of your assistants who said all I could do was wait.
I am very concerned.
