Sizing description is very vague. I want size 14 trousers and size 16 tops so I ordered medium (14-16) and large (16-18) and got size 16 trousers and size 18 tops. The last time ordered medium top it was skin tight. What am i meant to do?

Dress I bought is lovely but the lucky dip was a pair of shoes not on the website so must be old stock. They were Snape skin shoes which very few people would like. I understand it's a lucky dip so wasn't expecting to get something amazing but something more neutral would of been better. Otherwise goods I purchase are great.

Product ordered was printer toner - product delivered (next day, which is good) was padded envelopes.
Customer service took three attempts to get through - queuing then cut-off.
Was then told a replacement would be sent for next day and an additional courier would be arranged to pick up the envelopes - could not be the same one. Also told there had to be a refund and new invoice issued which I wou

This was my second order of 2 bras each time. One fit and I returned 3. It’s such a struggle if you have big breasts. I don't want underwriting in general as they cut into my skin. But designs do not account for wide breasts. I have found one bra in my search. I was interested in other styles but they were never in my size, either band, colour or cup size.

I love the colour so deep. the feel next to the skin very soft. Very easy to handle and sew.when I placed the order I had no problems it was easy to find what I was looking for. My order was acknowledged. After that there was little or no further contact about my order until I heard from DPD to say they had my package. Possible updates from you would have been welcome.
