Hike in the Flights tickets for a six hours journey is rather unimaginable but still air France adds on top of the high price - cost for hold - on luggage ; passengers travelling for one month or more abroad will definitely have a lot to take on their yearly holiday - which may includes gifts for relatives and essentials needed toiletries for self and also clothings.

This has been my corner shop since 1996, I have just started using it as a location for my parcels to be delivered. First day of collections, the owner (Paul) kindly carried it out to my car for me as I didn't have a bag and was struggling to manipulate the parcel, my car keys, phone and both walking sticks simultaneously. Final day of collections - no notification at all to say it had arrived, checking online I could see that it was marked as delivered to the shop so screen shot the Yodel tracking number to present at the store and was spoken to condescendingly and as if I was stupid because the Yodel reference was for my benefit and not the store. Repeatedly said I had not received a bar code for collection and please could he check my parcel was there, which it was. I then found out it was the store themselves who sent the barcode and was told they'd send it 'again'... by this time my anxiety was through the roof as I was trying to manipulate my phone and walking sticks and bag whilst standing around in pain waiting and repeatedly explaining I had not previously had a barcode message, so it wasn't being received again, but for the first time. He showed me the confirmation it had been sent successfully, to which I showed the text I received without a barcode and was again spoken to like I was stupid because I needed to open the text to get the barcode?!? Obviously clicking on the text only opened the text and clicking on the number only wanted the phone to dial it accordingly, all of which I showed him for clarification. All the while I am getting more upset and anxious and frustrated and because of my vocal issues I struggle to make myself heard and understood so he just became confrontational as well as condescending because I was trying to speak so loud and clearly. At this point he mentioned if the internet was on I'd get the barcode... how was I supposed to know that? I didn't even know it was the store who sent the message, yet I was expected to know that as the customer because he was just the postman?!? How are you supposed to know something if you have never been told the process?! By this point there were more customers in the queue so I had to struggle away from the counter and try to access the internet on my phone, without anywhere to lean, to get the barcode to show him so he'd give me the parcel which he really didn't want to do because he just kept berating me as the one at fault and I shouldn't be having a go at him!! I then had to struggle away form the counter again to put the parcel in my bag as there was a customer behind me and this was even more challenging as I by then I was physically shaking so much and so upset, angry, frustrated and anxious... Therefore I said I'd not get parcels sent there again and he replied thank you. In fact... I will never go in the shop again because my health is challenging enough as it is without being made to feel like I currently do because of his actions!!!

Je n'ai pas encore reçu ma commande mais je pense que cela va être la dernière car les frais de port sont de plus en plus onéreux et de plus on doit les régler au facteur.

I had a delivery booked for this evening (Saturday 16th December). Order number 3281-5176-28. Unfortunately myself and my partner tested positive for Covid this morning so I contacted Tesco Customer Servcies to see if there was a way that your driver could make the delivery without coming into contact with me or my partner. The person I spoke to said she would phone the store and ask the driver if they would be prepared to open the patio door, lean in, and put the shopping on the couch (which is right by the patio door). The driver would not have needed to enter the property.
I got a call from Natalie, who is a dot com manager at the Ebbw Vale store, at around 12pm on Saturday 16th December. She told me she wasn't prepared to ask the driver if they would object to leaving the shopping on the couch. I asked if she would allow the shopping to be left in trays outside my house and she told me that was against Tesco policy. I asked if she could send the driver with bags or boxes (as an exception to the usual rule) because of the circumstances, and she said no. She told me the only way to proceed would be for me to put bags outside the house so the driver could put the shopping in there. I told her I didn't have enough bags to contain all the shopping (it was a large shop) I told her that my partner and I were very ill and that we had no food in the house. I told her that because of her inflexible attitude we would be compelled to go to a food store ourselves (even though we can hardly stand and the nearest store is 20 miles away) and infect other people in the store.
She said she could ask the driver to leave the food on the ground outside the house (without any protection). I was sobbing by this point because of the desperate nature of the situation, I told her it was muddy and dirty outside the house and I wasn't happy for the food to be left in the mud. At this point she told me I was being unreasonable and hung up the phone. She then immediately cancelled the order without my asking her to. This has left myself and my partner is a terrible situation. If Natalie had not hung up the phone and cancelled the order I would have asked her to ask the driver to leave the food on a blanket on the ground outside or on the back seat of my partner's car. As things are, we don't know what to do. The delivery that Natalie cancelled contained medication for our symptoms and covid tests as well as food and other essentials. There is no-where nearby that we can get these things.
Where I live is very rural and the nearest supermarket is around an hour's drive away. There are no delivery slots available with Tesco or Asda (the only other store that might deliver here) until after Christmas. I believe that Natalie must have known this and that she cancelled the order out of vindictiveness (knowing that there could have been a solution that enabled me to get my delivery tonight). Her attitude had been obstructive and hostile from the beginning of our conversation.
I saw from my email inbox that my shopping had already been picked and paid for so I called 0330 123 4055 in the hope that the cancellation could be reversed and the delivery reinstated (it had only been a few minutes since the cancellation confirmation was sent). The person I spoke to then (he didn't tell me his name) repeated what Natalie had told me and said there was nothing he could do. I was very upset at this point and asked how I could get to speak to a manager. He told me he was a manager and hung up the phone. I phoned back immediately and spoke to someone called Brad. He was not rude and hostile in the same way as Natalie and the man I spoke to previously on the helpline, but he reiterated that nothing could be done and all of this was Tesco policy.
I will be taking every opportunity I can find (online forums/social media etc) to warn other Tesco customers about what will happen if they try to protect Tesco delivery drivers by forewarning customer services that they have Covid.

Bonjour je suis très déçu de air France car j' ai eu trop de retard sur mon vol allée comme retour 3h à l allée et 2h au retour en plus je suis allé sur le site de air France prendre mon billet d'avion au point d avoir une assistante en ligne mais pour un billet de 680€ je suis retrouvé a payer 100€ en plus et je trouve que c est de l arnaque merci cordialement

Yes you can do a lot if you were not associated with the people in London. I have a mug that should show my wife getting off a cable car in San Francisco and all I could see is my wife from the waste down and two feet. When I talked to a very rood person with a middle ashen accent he told me, did I look at the picture before you ordered it. He should check that before it was made, NOT me. Now

As a buyer from this company I now have a car that is uninsurable because it has been classified as stolen. P1 Automotive have never paid the owner/seller of my car, they have simply kept the money themselves. I have been contacted by Cheshire police economic fraud unit, my finance provider has been notified of this as have my insurance company who have cancelled my insurance, and no other insurance company will touch the car. Cheshire police told me that there are many victims all in the same situation.

If you buy from here then like me you will be left with a car that is uninsurable and you may end up having to give back to the owner.If you leave your car here you can say goodbye to your car or any chance of ever getting any money.

Our eldest dog is on palliative care for cancer & he can't walk very much now. We bought this last week & it's been amazing for him. The stroller is so sturdy but lightweight & so easy put in the car - we love it ❤

I paid £6 for delivery and I was out when they came so I had to pick it up at a shop a mile away I have no car so how was I suppose to pick this up with bad knees

Awful. I purchased the bag for a day at the races. The handle snapped off in the car before I even got there. Hadn’t even had the bag out the delivery bag for 30 mins!!!!
