Really enjoying my coffee machine. Arrived no fuss. Clear instructions. Superb machine - really good pressure for the price.
Using the website to compare machines and find the one I wanted was good. Making the purchase was straightforward. And it arrived in the timeframe specified.

An amazing company to deal with, they give a date for delivery with items needing to cross through several countries yet they succeed in getting the timing just right. This is brilliant, then there is their goods. Absolutely top drawer Expresso machine manufacturers that deliver tastey coffees every time.

What I like was the help I had at the automated machine to check in my luggage, and all the people working for Air Fraance were really nice and friendly, the vegetarian sandwich was nice and the seats comfy, what I would like is for the Economy class with 1 x hand-luggage to have the choice to have it as a hand-luggage or as a 1 x big luggage in the hold.

The computer sent to me was not the specification I ordered. There was no SSD (500GB specified in the order) installed and only 8GB RAM (16GB ordered). I have sent 4 messages via the contact us webpage and have had no reply. Very disapponted as I have ordered quite a few machines from Stone for the institution I worked for before retiring,

The service was very good and received my computer in the time they stated (although not impressed with the delivery company who left it at the wrong address). Very please with the machine and so far as operated very well.

Congleton store ruined my clothes

I gave the Congleton branch 7 items of expensive clothes to alter. Even though I pinned them, it was extremely expensive (£16 to hem a t shirt!). I presumed this was because it would be a professional job and they were using proper factory machines. However, a month later they returned them to me and 6 out of 7 items were ruined. Missed stitches everywhere (so they unravelled), snapped stitching (areas with no stitches) jagged hems, underneath the stitching was all undone and in big knotted messes and in places the hem isn't even attached. One top was sewed too short also. I've lost over £400.

Very well packaged and promptly despatched. There is an issue with the soundcard not "waking up" on initial start-up. You have to restart the machine to get it to kick in, but I can live with that.

Absolutely shocking, opened the 2 watch winders today for Xmas, the power adaptors for UK were not fit for purpose and then i noticed that the bottom winders on both machines were offset and not working!!!
Absolute shambles i'm now going to have to contact them to sort out a return

Every machine I have had (and I burn through computers) has been excellent, rhe price was good and the delivery times and packaging excellent. I would say there is one tiny thing; one machine needed to have the DVD Reader connected up which I did myself and the other one didn't have the case clipped on properly, which I did. But those are cosmetic details. The service and gear are excellent value.
