Very bad stock control (online)

Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
I am becoming increasingly frustrated with this site. I used to relish the fantastic offers and sales they had, well everyone loves a good bargain!
Sadly this site appears to seldomly update it's online stock anymore, leaving a would be customer feeling deflated and somewhat cheated!
An example of this was when they had a fantastic clearance of Principles items - I rapidly began filling my basket with items and was picturing myself wearing them and having some change in my pocket at the end of it... sadly as I got to checkout every single item I added to my basket was out of stock. A one - off? No- sadly this has been a re-occuring incident with them. I don't even entertain this website anymore, it just not worth the hassle!
