dreams become a nightmare

i took my mom who is in her seventies to dreams where she purchased a bed august07when the bed arrived it had bits missing and was that dirty you would not let a dog sleep on it so the day after delivery we visted the store where we told that cannot deal with complaints we had to ring customer service which we did that many times and waited up to 60 mins with no joywe wrote a letter again it 4 weeks for them to reply and when they did they did not offer any help the bed is still wrapped up
