Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
i am awaiting a parcel that was sent from america this parcel arrived in the uk on the 24th of july since then all parcel force can tell me is it is awaiting customs charging. this is a joke surely then could of charged it or sent it by now i shall never use their services again as anyone esle expericed this problem .
