Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
The worst customer service i have even encountred. I paid for a sofa online 4 months ago, i was initially told it would be dlivered in 14 days, it has still not been delivered 4 moths later. I paid £50 for delivery. My emails are ignored and the customer service people on the phone are very rude and unhelpful. I am doubtfull if i ever receieve my sofa.
