So after chasing them up for months I finally had to take them to court, they didn't even bother replying to court and the judgement was in my favour. I've now sent a warrant and the local county court will send the bailiffs around their offices to collect the money. I paid �5 to them for processing my photos, now they'll have to pay back �65 to cover court fees as well as my money back.
