Didn't receive on time so called them a number of times. Every time I was told that my shoes have been sent out on a specific date which was different with every phone call. When I called for the 4th time AFTER 3 WEEKS (!!!) and I heared the same story again I asked for the tracking number. I was then told "oh sorry, I meant they will be sent out today". Requested a refund - yet still no shoes and no money...
