Looking at three vendors - two national and one local, Hartley Botanic came out top in terms of look and value for money. We visited two reference installations in our area and the materials used - glass, metalwork and even the gaskets used to install the glass were first class. The final stamp of approval was from the people whose Hartley glasshouses we visited who praised both the sales team and their installation teams. We went ahead with our order. The sales process was very smooth with Hartley suggesting we hold off from ordering a complete set of blinds from them as we may not need them all. Even though we had to move the installation date three times due to a combination of bad weather delaying the site preparation and our builder putting the entrance in the retaining base wall in the wrong place (thank heaven I did a final check against the drawings Hartley Botanic provided!) Hartley could not have been more helpful.
